Where EAG coordinates or provides access to asset inspection reports, the following limitations apply:
- Inspection reports represent the professional opinion of the individual inspector at the time and location of the inspection only
- Inspections are visual and operational assessments. They do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or certification of the asset's condition or fitness for any purpose
- An inspection may not uncover hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, or issues not apparent during the inspection period
- EAG does not employ the inspectors used in transactions and is not responsible for inspector errors, omissions, or findings
- Inspection reports are not binding documentation and do not alter the terms of the sale agreement between buyer and seller
No Guarantee of Future Value
No statement made by EAG, its representatives, its listing pages, or any content on this platform constitutes a representation, projection, or guarantee regarding the future market value of any asset.
The acquisition of vehicles, marine vessels, recreational vehicles, heavy equipment, or specialty assets through EAG's platform is not an investment product and should not be treated as such. Asset values are subject to depreciation, market conditions, physical condition changes, regulatory changes, and demand fluctuations entirely beyond EAG's control or influence.

Independent Inspections
EAG strongly recommends that all buyers arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection by a qualified professional of their choosing — separate from any inspection coordinated by EAG or the seller.
For marine assets, this includes a full marine survey by a certified marine surveyor. For automotive assets, this includes a mechanical inspection by a qualified independent technician. For RV and specialty assets, a category-appropriate specialist inspection is recommended.
The cost of independent inspections is the buyer's responsibility. EAG can provide guidance on locating qualified inspectors upon request, but does not endorse any specific individual or company.
Even the most thorough platform-level verification cannot substitute for a hands-on professional inspection. An independent inspector works for you, not for EAG or the seller, and provides an unbiased assessment of the asset's true condition. We believe an independent inspection is always worth the cost relative to the transaction value.
Shipping & Transport Disclaimer
When EAG coordinates asset transport, we work with third-party logistics providers. EAG does not own, operate, or insure transport vehicles or vessels.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, permit requirements, or logistics provider availability
- While transport partners carry commercial insurance for assets in transit, specific coverage limits and terms are governed by the transport provider's own policies
- Buyers are encouraged to arrange supplemental insurance coverage for high-value assets during transport
- EAG is not liable for transport delays, damage occurring in transit, or logistical complications beyond our reasonable control
