Inspection, photography, listing, documentation, escrow coordination, and storage during the listing period are included in the commission. No listing fees are charged upfront. Commission is earned only upon a successful closing.

Protection
During the Purchase

Our process is designed to protect the buyer throughout the transaction, from the initial review of the asset through transportation and delivery.

Asset Review. Available information, condition, documentation, and service history are reviewed before the transaction is completed.
Pre-Delivery Preparation. When repairs or service are required and included in the agreement, the work is completed before the asset is released for delivery.
Insured Transportation. Transportation is arranged through insured carriers to protect the asset while it is in transit.
Delivery Confirmation. The buyer confirms delivery and that the asset conforms to the agreed terms before the transaction is finalized.
